Entrusting a real estate agent when selling your home is at first blind faith. A family friend recommended Matt and we hired him after interviewing other realtors who didn't even come close to his knowledge on real estate issues. Matt Straight explained the factors influencing the listing price and potential sale price based on historical sales, current market, predicted future market, mortgage rates, advertising, etc. He assigned a home stager, Thea, who helped us display each room in the best arrangements to help potential buyers view the space as potentially their future home.
